 Keith Chiles spent fifteen years at the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, where he designed and administered various computer networks and used Strategic Planning methods to keep teams on track.  In 1994, he moved on to Hospital Cost Consultants in Pleasanton, California to organize their computing environment, customer deployment process, and consulted to their clients.  In 1998, Keith was recruited to InReach Internet, LLC as their Director of Systems Engineering where he oversaw the complete rebuild of the the company's computing and network environments.  Keith now serves as the President of Time-Slice Consulting, Inc., consults in the areas of network design and strategic planning, and teaches Information Systems Security to Bachelor's Degree students.
